- A "first line of defense" Help Desk service for reporting technical problems or asking software questions (email helpdesk(at)hostadministrator.com).
- Consultation and one-on-one training in using supported software and developing computer-enhanced curriculum materials.
- Consultation and one-on-one training on research design, data analysis and the overall use of statistical packages.
- Consultation and information on the purchase of personal computers (available through one of our partners)
- Specialized group trainings on any specific area of supported software.
